1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and offer replacements under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or non-functional, we will replace it or offer a refund within 1 year (365 days) of the delivery date.

  • Applies to physical and digital products.

  • Proof of purchase and a description or photo of the defect is required.

2. Physical Products

Examples: Comic books, tabletop games, merchandise, etc.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging (when applicable).

  • If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process.

3. Digital Products

Examples: eBooks, digital comics, mobile games, music downloads, etc.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind.

  • However, if you are unable to access or use the digital content due to a technical defect or error on our part, we will either replace the file, restore access, or issue a refund.

  • Requests must be made within 1 year of purchase, with proof of transaction.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

5. Shipping Costs

  • For approved defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs and replacement delivery fees.

  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized returns or products sent back without prior approval.

6. Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
