1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept returns and offer replacements under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or non-functional, we will replace it or offer a refund within 1 year (365 days) of the delivery date.
Applies to physical and digital products.
Proof of purchase and a description or photo of the defect is required.
2. Physical Products
Examples: Comic books, tabletop games, merchandise, etc.
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging (when applicable).
If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process.
3. Digital Products
Examples: eBooks, digital comics, mobile games, music downloads, etc.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind.
However, if you are unable to access or use the digital content due to a technical defect or error on our part, we will either replace the file, restore access, or issue a refund.
Requests must be made within 1 year of purchase, with proof of transaction.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps. If your return is approved, we may:
Ship a replacement at no extra cost
Provide a full or partial refund
Offer store credit
5. Shipping Costs
For approved defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs and replacement delivery fees.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized returns or products sent back without prior approval.
6. Exclusions
Returns or refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Items damaged due to misuse or accident
Unauthorized third-party purchases
Dissatisfaction due to content or style (except where a defect is present)
Downloaded or used digital content unless defective
